About the Service
BigSmilePlay.com is Big Smile Interactive's website for Playstation 3 video game rentals.
We believe that every gamer wants to play original games. But, the cost of even just a single game is too expensive for most gamers, especially here in the Philippines. That is why we offer this service to give all gamers like us an affordable option to play all the PS3 games they want.
We wanted to have focus on one platform so we can give the best service to our members. We also felt that the PS3 had the best potential in the present and in the coming future.
Currently, we only accept Paypal. It is very easy to use, is very secure, and is a trusted global name in online payments.
Paypal can use any credit/debit card for payments. If you do not have one or cannot avail of one, have someone else like a parent register for you.

You pay only P599 per month. There is no lock-in period.
You can only rent one game at a time for now. You can have it exchanged with another game as many times as you want. We may accept a second game rental option in the future.
About the Game and its contents
Yes. Rest assured that all of our games are original. Moreover, there is currently no way to modify the PS3 console and use pirated games and there are no pirated PS3 games on the market. We also believe that given the right price for the service (even if it is higher than pirated copies), we prefer to play originals rather than pirated games.
Our games are of varied regions but will mostly be Region 3 in the future. But, region coding does not really matter as the PS3 is not region locked. But, you must take note of Region 2 games since these use PAL frequency and not NTSC, so you must use a TV that supports the HDMI cable interface (e.g. HDTVs) and not the ordinary AV cable. You must also have an HDMI cable for the PS3. Besides, using the HDMI cable really maximizes the graphics output. You will be missing out a lot if you don't use it.
These markings are our internal security features to identify the disc delivered to you. You are not allowed to tamper with, alter, or erase any of these markings.
We are in the process of creating copies of the manuals in replacement of the original. We will provide these but these are only copies of the originals. One copy will be provided for each disc. These must also be inside the case during return and should be in good condition.
About Delivery
Currently, we do not offer our services outside of Cebu Province as we are just starting up. But, this may change in the future.
Returning of the Game
We will charge you a reasonable amount for it. If we find out that the game is unplayable, you must provide a playable replacement of the game. Otherwise, you will be charged with a reasonable amount depending on the game title.
